The Sam M. Walton College of Business invites university students, staff and faculty to hear Jessica Hendrix, president of Saatchi & Saatchi X, discuss lessons learned in business on Friday, Nov. 13, 10-11:30 a.m., in the Donald W. Reynolds Center for Enterprise Development auditorium.
As an M.B.A. Distinguished Lecture Series speaker, Hendrix will address the choices she has made in the business world and in her personal life. Her presentation, “From Front Door to Top Office: Lessons in Business through Confidence, Hard Work, and a Three-Legged Stool,” will share examples in advertising, ethics, marketing and leadership, and insights on her own challenges, decisions and results.
Hendrix has served as president of Saatchi & Saatchi X, a leading shopper-marketing agency, since July 2015. Since 2007, she served in various account leadership roles at the agency from senior account manager to senior vice president. Previously, Hendrix worked in marketing for McLeod USA, T-Mobile and US Cellular. In 2011, the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal recognized Hendrix as a “40 Under 40” business leader.
The lecture is free and open to the general public.
