The Executive Education program at the Sam M. Walton College of Business will begin offering small business classes in Bentonville, which will include an upcoming panel discussion focusing on lessons learned by experienced business professionals.

The first program — Discover Outdoor Rec: Tales of Small Business Success — is free to the public and consists of a 90-minute, guided panel discussion of successful, local entrepreneurs.

Panelists will discuss common errors within startups, strategies for success and their personal business experiences. A short Q and A will follow the discussion and space is limited.

The discussion will be facilitated by Cara Osborne of Baby + Co and will feature Tim Robinson of Phat Tire Bike Shop, Chad Cox of Summit Aviation, Bjorn Simmons of Venture Noire, and Bea Apple of Hillfolk.

The event will take place from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Monday, June 21, at 700 SE 5th Street in Bentonville, Arkansas.
